Extreme Makeover Barnedt Edition

Brandon and I with A TON of help from my dad, have remodeled both our bathroom and bedroom.  The bathroom we completely gutted, and started all over.  I love the way that it all turned out!

My favorite part are the lights we put on each side of the bed!

This is our house when we bough it.  Thanks to the wind storm last year,  we received so much damage that we were able to completely redo the entire outside of our house!!!

After, I absolutely LOVE it.  No more green roof or green siding!

Brandon and I have enjoyed updating our house since we moved in.  We are always excited figuring out what project to do next.  We are currently working on our backyard.  We have added a lot more grass, and are currently putting in a patio with a fire pit.  Hopefully we will have that done before winter so we can enjoy it a few times.

Brad Paisley Concert

Back in January Brandon and I had the opportunity to go to the Brad Paisley concert.

We went with Cory, Kendelle, Casey, Amy and Brandon's parent's.

The opening act was Scotty McCreery, which I have to say I have a little bit of a crush on. I was screaming like all the teenage girls and Brandon and Cory just looked at me like, "OH Boy, she's Crazy"

The next act was The Band Perry, they were also very good in concert.

This picture is right when Brad Paisley was coming out. His tour is called, "The Virtual Reality Tour"

I have to admit I've been to some really awesome concerts, but this one is probably one of the best ones. He was so entertaining, and so funny.

The craziest thing happened at this concert. Right now Brad Paisley has a duet that he sings with Carrie Underwood called, "Remind Me". Well that song starts playing and you see a blonde start walking on stage, and when it comes to Carrie Underwood's part this blonde starts singing, and it was her!!!!

Or so we thought!

The crowd seriously went nuts! But later I was putting things together and decided to google it and found out that it really wasn't Carrie Underwood. It was a hologram!!! CRAZY!!! I cannot believe that they can do things like this now. Here is a link to a video of it.

Any way the concert was amazing!!! And I can't wait to go to another one soon!

October 2011

Brandon and I had a fun and busy October. Brandon went elk hunting twice with his buddy Aaron, and also his dad. They unfortunately did get anything but had a lot of fun. The first time they went up to Flamming Gorge where it snowed on them the ENTIRE time.

My friend Lindsey and I decided to make a Halloween craft, and I thought that the pumpkins we made turned out pretty good!!! And they weren't expensive to make either.

We went to Black Island Farms to hang out with Brandon's family as well as with Lindsey and Kyle. They were doing a fundraiser for Lindsey's niece and were able to raise almost $1,000!

I made an awesome orange, black, and purple bundt cake for my work party! It had orange and purple swirls on the inside as well!

We went to a Halloween party at my Grandma's. We made Brandon into an Ipad. His work was giving away an Ipad 2 for the best costume so we thought that would be kind of a funny idea. I thought it turned out pretty good.

We had a great October and had fun handing out candy to all the little kids in our neighborhood.
