Every year on Christmas Eve my family has a party where we exchange white elephant gifts. This year I really tried to get creative, and this is what I came up with.......
This is my attempt at the lamp from the Christmas story that I made for $2. It's not that great but hey it's a white elephant gift so it really doesn't matter. It was pretty fun though ripping a barbie apart. I even put a light inside the lamp!!!

The Best Christmas Lights!
It's that time again to find the "best" Christmas lights in town. Last year I explained how my friend Lindsey and I came up with the idea to find the best Christmas lights in town. Now when we say the best we mean the most creative way to put up your lights. This year we had a lot of fun, we both were able to have our husbands enjoy the fun with us! While we were out we also really did see some good lights and stopped to get ourselves some yummy scones from Winder Dairy. We also give all of these people credit for at least putting up Christmas lights! This house was probably the best one we found they had the lights put to music it was so awesome. This house was also very cool looking!
This house was probably our favorite. They put the lights that go around bushes across their window. My friend told me about this house and Brandon and I had to go check it out. This guy cleared his front room to put the deer inside his window!

Red, White & Blue, we just thought this was funny because of the blue tree off on it's own.
This random pink flamingo was surrounded by the blow up things. This tree was wrapped with icicle lights.
Some weird Santa thing on a tree. Kind of hard to see.
We thought these trees with the lights looked like broccoli. We like it when one strand of lights connects from one tree to the next.
Eating our delicious scones!

Family Pictures
Brandon and I had some pictures taken out in the snow the other day. Our dog wanted to just eat the snow so it was hard to get her to focus for the pictures. Overall I think they turned out really good. Thanks Amy!!!!!!
